1. What the Service is

Backdoor Cover provides college football analysis and betting selections (“picks”) generated by a statistical model, for informational and entertainment purposes only. Picks are opinions, not financial, investment, or betting advice, and are not a guarantee of any outcome.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal age for sports wagering in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to receive this content where you live. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you.

3. No guarantees; assumption of risk

Sports wagering involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any wagers you place and any resulting losses. We are not a sportsbook and do not accept, place, or settle wagers.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. The Weekly Pass renews automatically each week until cancelled; you may cancel anytime and will retain access through the end of the current billing period. The Season Pass is a one-time charge (no auto-renewal) that grants access through January 2027. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.

First losing week: as a limited exception, if a new Weekly Pass subscriber’s first full paid week finishes at a net loss, the following week is provided free, credited automatically. This applies once, to your first billing week. The remedy is the free following week; no cash refund is issued to your original payment method.

5. Acceptable use

Your subscription is for your personal use. You may not share, resell, republish, redistribute, or scrape the picks or any part of the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including the model, picks, content, and branding, is owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access it while your subscription is active.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not warrant that picks will be profitable or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any gambling losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the changes.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
